Are your products natural and organic?

Yes, our products are formulated with natural ingredients, and the identical formulations produced by our lab are Ecocert-certified as organic. However, due to certification requirements, we cannot currently label our products as organic under Ecocert regulations.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals, in compliance with EU cosmetic regulations.

Where are your products made?

Our products are developed and manufactured in an EU-certified laboratory in Bulgaria, ensuring high safety and quality standards.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Our formulations are designed to be gentle, but everyone’s skin is unique. We recommend patch testing before use, especially for sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

Do you use synthetic preservatives?

No, we never use synthetic preservatives, such as parabens. Our products are preserved using safe, natural methods to ensure quality and longevity.

Do your products contain harmful ingredients?

No, we do not use nanoparticles, GMOs, petroleum-based ingredients, or harmful chemicals. We also never use synthetic fragrances—any aroma in our products comes solely from the natural essential oils and herbs they contain.

Can I use your products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Many of our products contain natural plant extracts, but we advise consulting your healthcare provider before using any new skincare product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Are your products for external use only?

How long do your products last after opening?

Each product has a recommended period-after-opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging. This typically ranges from 6 to 12 months, depending on the formulation.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Please note that individual countries have varying customs rules and regulations and may impose taxes and duties. Some countries may also require specific documentation to release items from customs.

For example, India has strict KYC documentation requirements, and the address on the order must match the client’s personal ID. Customers are responsible for knowing what documents may be required by their local customs offices and for paying any applicable taxes and duties.

We do not offer refunds for orders held at customs due to unpaid duties or missing documents, as these packages are destroyed and not returned to us.

How long does shipping take?
  • 1 to 2 business days delivery within the EU, depending on when the order was placed.
  • 2 to 5 business days to most international locations.
  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

We only use DHL Express because we want to offer the fastest and safest shipping method, preserving the quality of our products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
