TERMS OF RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND COMPLAINTS
These Terms of product return and complaints are an integral part of the General Terms of Use of maitreyacosmetics.com rules and definitions used there are also applicable in this document.
I. WAIVER OF THE PURCHASE
In order to exercise his right to withdraw from the purchase, the User must notify the Supplier of his intention by filling out a Product Return Form, which he will find in the " TERMS OF RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND COMPLAINTS " section and send it to the contact email: support@maitreyacosmetics.com.
In the event that the User does not fulfill his obligation to notify the Supplier within 14 days of receiving the product and without providing a valid reason for the same, it is considered that he has withdrawn his statement to exercise a waiver of the purchase.
The User must send the product back to the Supplier no later than 14 days from the day it was received.
The supplier makes a refund within 14 days of receiving back the product, in the manner in which the payment was made.
In case of cancellation of the purchase contract, the transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the User.

When returning the product, the User undertakes to return it together with the complete set of accessories received, as well as all accompanying documents - receipt, invoice. When returning the goods, the User undertakes to return all gifts he received together with the ordered goods, if any sent by the Supplier.
The product must be returned in its original packaging in its entirety, fully equipped and undamaged. The user undertakes to return the goods in commercial form. Commercial form means a type that allows the subsequent sale of the goods as new. The unpacking of the goods should not have led to an obvious violation of the commercial appearance of the goods.
In the event of a violation of the commercial form of the goods, the Supplier has the right, at its discretion, to refuse to accept a withdrawal from the contract or to charge user.
II. COMPLAINTS
Customers have the right to file a complaint about the goods in the following cases:
- in case of identified deficiencies;
- product defects;
- discrepancy with the ordered model or size.
In the case of a product complaint, the User should notify the Supplier of his intention by filling out a Product Return Form, which he will find in the "Product Return Conditions" section and note the reason for the complaint. It is mandatory to send photos of the defective product. The User should then send the form to email: support@maitreyacosmetics.com.

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
Upon confirmation of the complaint, the transport costs for returning or replacing the goods are at the expense of the Supplier.
