   TERMS OF DELIVERY/RECEPTION OF PRODUCT

These Terms and conditions for product delivery/receipt are an integral part of the General Terms of Use of maitreyacosmetics.com. All rules and definitions used there are also applicable in this document.

I. Orders for products made on the maitreyacosmetics.com platform are sent to an address specified by the user with the courier company DHL.

1. The goods are delivered to the address specified by the user on the territory of the whole world.

2. The terms for delivery of the goods are usually up to 7 working days from the moment of confirmation of the order by the Supplier.

3. Every order placed in the maitreyacosmetics.com online store is confirmed by e-mail from the Supplier. The Supplier will send information on the status of the order to the e-mail address specified by the User.

4. Orders placed on weekends, holidays and non-working days are processed on the next working day.

5. The cost of delivery is not included in the value of the product selected and ordered by the user. Delivery is at the Supplier's expense if the order is worth more than 200 euros.

6. The owner is not responsible for delay in the event that the delay is due to the fault of the courier or carrier making the delivery and/or due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner.

* The Supplier is NOT responsible for the courier services and their delivery times, but only for the processing and dispatch of the orders.

* During periods of promotions, discounts or greater workload, the Supplier reserves the right to make changes to the terms of processing and delivery without notifying customers in advance.

In exceptional circumstances and in the case of technical complexity for the production of the product, the Supplier reserves the right to extend the delivery terms.

7. The couriers/carriers that carry out the delivery of goods are chosen at the discretion of the owner and he can change them at any time without being obliged to inform the user in advance, as long as this does not reflect the method and term of delivery.
