Liberation from the feeling of duty/debts within

This mandala caught my attention for a reason.

I always had a feeling of obligation, but I didn't understand where it came from.

For example, I wanted to buy a car not for myself, but for my father. I also wanted to do something for my brother-but it felt like I "had to", not because I genuinely wanted to, but out of a sense of duty.

Often, I would create these feelings out of nowhere, convincing myself that I owed something to someone.

For example:
I was getting dental work done. The dentist and I agreed on a price beforehand, but when the work was finished, he told me the cost would be 20% higher. Of course, I disagreed-we had clearly discussed the price and the work to be done. (I was getting a full restoration, by the way). In the end, I paid exactly the amount we had originally agreed on.

But later, I noticed I started feeling like I should just give him the extra money, and even more. I kept living with this internal feeling of debt.

It was like I was purposely putting myself in situations where I would feel indebted to someone.
And there were many, many situations like this in my life.
The word "i must" also triggered me a lot. I mean, a real lot.

After using the mandala for a week, I felt that feeling of obligation disappear-it started to feel completely different. After two weeks I felt that the whole topic of debts and the internal feeling of "I owe someone" was closed for me.

Overall, after many years of persional growth, I realized, that our current reality is 70-80% influenced by our family line and the energies that come from it. Only about 20% comes from our own current personality.
If a problem shows up in this lifetime, it's 95% likely that it's coming from our family line.
And it's these energies that we need to heal and release first.

To be more precise, we first need to heal our relationship with our mother and father, and then work on the wider family line.
