I started using this field on YouTube. At first, I used it every day for two weeks. Each time, my body reacted by creating slight muscle contractions as the energy moved in my back and lower back area.

After using the mandala for several weeks, I started to feel calm about money. It's a basic feeling, like a background feeling, that everything is well and there is enough. The worries are mostly gone.

I began to feel lightness when giving money, sharing it. Before, I had problems with this-it felt to me like money was running out, like there was less of it.

At the same time, some motivation to earn money disappeared. The push to do certain daily things for earning money. It wasn't always a feeling of "I must have more and more," but now even that is gone. I don't know if this is good or bad. It felt strange, if not uncomfortable.

There is also this feeling now that money simply is. I don't feel a strong wish to spend it, and also not a strong need to earn it. A feeling of comfort in having money appeared. Because before, there were always plans for how to spend money.

I try to find some bad thoughts about my money situation to work on them, but I can't find any; nothing comes.

There was no extra money coming from outside; in fact, some old patterns were broken. This was deep work on myself and other areas, and then everything started to change - that's exactly how it always happens for me.

I also started practicing gratitude for what I have. I remembered Klaus Joehle's "Money Is Love." I directly began doing the practices from his book, which I read about long ago. In recent years, I generally didn't do them, but then I remembered and just started...
